Add an Image to the Gallery

  • First, click the "Image Gallery" tab at the top of the screen. 
  • Click the large yellow "Add New Image" icon on the right hand side of the page.
  • Enter a title for  your image. This field is required.
  • Next, click the "Choose File" button. A window will pop up, allowing you to select the desired image file from your hard drive. Some file size/type restrictions apply. They are posted under the "Choose File" button.
  • Once you have selected the image file from your computer, click the teal "Upload" button.
  • If desired, enter select the geographic regions and enter the year and the name of any associated club event in the fields provided. While this information is optional, it helps sort and find your image later.
  • You may also enter the specific location and name of the photographer for your image. 
  • Finally, if any club members are pictured in your image, you may select their names from the "Subjects" list. Press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking to choose multiple names.
  • Click the teal "Save" button at the bottom of the page to upload and display your picture.
