Promontory Point Transcontintenal Rail Road ride.

Ride Description:

UPDATE:   4/24    There is now 1 opening.

DATE:  APRIL 20  We will meet at the Boise Stage Stop about 16 east miles of Boise off the Interstate  if you want to eat adjust your time.  Kickstands up at 0900 ish.

This will be the second time I will lead folks through this very magical and isolated part of Utah.  We will ride 90 miles of the old railroad grade heading east stoppinfg along the way at various watering spots of which all that remains are cemeteries.  this is a beautifully secenic ride, finishing off with the Golden spike reenactment. One night camping with a quick trip to the Sun Tunnels second night motel in Brigham City back roads home with a potential stop at the Minadoka Internment Camp.

Again, I will update as time draws closer and allowing for Ambient environment.   Backup date would be the following week  we just have to see.
